Making a Purchase

Making a purchase with us is easy! Just browse our store, add any items to our cart and checkout securely.

We accept credit card payments

When you get confirmation of your order, we will ship as soon as possible.

Shipping and Handling

We are currently offering free deliveryon orders over £40. Where possible orders will be shipped the same day. as this is a small business please allow potential 72 hours.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Returns policy 

We offer a 30 day returns policy. Items should be returned in their original packaging without seals broken for a in order to offer a refund. Once goods are returned back to us, the goods are quality checked and a refund will be issued within 2-5 working days.

Damaged Orders

In the event that your order arrived damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving the order via email. please explain in full the damage that has occurred, we will need some information and picture evidence of the damage both inside and outer packing in order for us to make a claim. failure to supply enough evidence can result in us not being able to replace or refund your order. do not throw away any packaging or use the items until a decision is made. please do not send the item back until the return is authorised by us.
