Menosense was born from  personal experiences - trying to find easily absorbed information and relevant products for Menopause symptoms at a time where we can feel isolated, not knowing what is happening to our minds and bodies and may struggle to find products that help alleviate some of the symptoms we face.

Here at menosense we hand pick all of our products and ensure they are ethically sourced and where possible from UK Businesses. Planet Friendly is a priority of ours and ensure all our packaging is recyclable and sourced in UK where possible to keep our Carbon Footprint low.
